Job summary

IGT is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - SG&A to join our finance team. You will partner with budget owners and leaders, performing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting to inform strategic decisions.

You will analyze SG&A expenses, headcount, and cost center performance, identifying drivers and opportunities to improve visibility and operating leverage. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP, Finance - SG&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly SG&A forecasting activities for assigned functions.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with budget owners to develop forecasts, evaluate risks and opportunities, and challenge key assumptions.
• Improve forecast accuracy through ongoing analysis of spending trends and business drivers.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results with variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop management reporting and dashboards for SG&A performance.
• Identify key cost drivers and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Payroll, Procurement for accurate reporting and planning.
• Maintain forecasting models and automate reporting where possible.
