Job summary

IGT, a global leader in gaming, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - SG&A to partner with budget owners and leaders. You will analyze SG&A expenses, headcount, and cost centers, deliver forecasts, budgets, and management reporting, and provide actionable insights to optimize resources.

You will collaborate across Finance and business units, drive monthly close processes, develop dashboards, and support long-range planning. This is an on-site role reporting to the VP, Finance - SG&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive, with a bias toward ownership and follow-through.
• Presence in-office at least 4+ days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly SG&A forecasting activities for assigned functions.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Partner with budget owners to develop forecasts, evaluate risks and opportunities, and challenge key assumptions.
• Improve forecast accuracy through ongoing analysis of spending trends and business drivers.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with clear commentary.
• Develop management reporting and executive dashboards for SG&A performance and spend trends.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Accounting, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and leaders to support accurate reporting and planning.
