Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own its core financial model, drive SaaS forecasting, and provide leadership-ready insights for strategic decisions. You will build and maintain the three-statement model, run scenarios, and prepare narratives for leadership and the board.

You will support acquisitions with valuations and integration planning, deliver monthly and quarterly reviews, and push for automation via AI-enabled tooling and advanced spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Integrated three-statement operating model and SaaS revenue recognition.
• Bottom-up forecasting and driver-based long-term modeling for SaaS.
• Valuation, scenarios, and pro‑forma models for acquisitions and integrations.
• Deep understanding of revenue drivers, costs, and operating levers.
• Use of AI tooling and automation to accelerate FP&A workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the core three-statement model and operating model with scenarios and sensitivities.
• Build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma models for acquisitions and due diligence.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with a narrative explaining results.
• Diagnose metric movements, partner with business units to drive action.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling to compress cycle times and improve data validation.
