Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Salisbury, NC is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the organization. This role will provide financial insights and recommendations to support business and strategic decisions.

This position collaborates with business leaders to analyze performance, develop financial models, and communicate insights to leadership using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools; SAP/BPC experience preferred.
• Strong communication to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present actionable insights.
• Experience preparing financial reports and presentations for leadership.
• Strong collaboration and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, latest estimates, long-term planning, and financial reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to establish and monitor financial targets and business plans.
• Analyze financial results, variances, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate key insights to leadership.
• Support period-end close activities and provide clear explanations of financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics or automation tools to improve reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline recurring activities.
• Support FP&A initiatives, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities.
