Job summary

VF Outdoor, including Eastpak and Jansport brands, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare business performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting for Americas Wholesale and DTC channels. You will support annual budget, strategic plan, and monthly results with strong finance systems skills and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of FP&A experience, a finance-related degree, and top-notch Excel/PowerPoint skills. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative/analytical disciplines.
• Ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in FP&A.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, data management, analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge and experience in financial concepts, budgeting, and forecasting with strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner across functions and drive process improvements and business results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast, reporting and analysis, annual operating plan and strategic plan processes.
• Maintain and develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Track and analyze Actuals vs Budget/Forecast for Sales & Margin of the Americas Wholesale and DTC channels.
• Support pricing and margin management by providing analytics & reporting on pricing, Cost of Goods, and product/channel mix.
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis and system requirements.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
