Job summary

Altra, a VF Outdoor brand, seeks an FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for its global business. You will partner with global leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Strategy to support growth initiatives and margin expansion.

Expect to build financial models, prepare executive-ready presentations, and contribute to long-range plans and monthly close processes with a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Develop understanding of Altra global business and provide analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Draw conclusions through financial analysis to inform strategy and actions.
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc requests.
• Model margins, pricing architecture, and cost framework across the brand.
• Support monthly forecasts, annual plan, and strategic planning processes.
• Track actuals vs budget/forecast for SG&A budgets and cost centers.
• Assist GTM initiatives and update rolling financial models as needed.
• Create standardized tools to consolidate global financials and variances.
• Partner with global functions to adhere to budgets and achieve SG&A savings.
• Monitor brand costs and support monthly close and reporting.
