Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Americas Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer teams for Eastpak and JanSport. You will prepare performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting to drive budgeting and strategic planning.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to partner across functions to improve financial processes. You’ll support monthly forecasts, budgeting, and reporting while enhancing financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related quantitative field.
• 1–4 years of FP&A experience.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, data management, analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting with strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner across functions and drive process improvements and business results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecast, reporting and analysis, the annual operating plan, and the strategic plan processes.
• Maintain and develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Track and analyze Actuals vs Budget/Forecast for Sales & Margin of the Americas Wholesale and DTC channels.
• Support the pricing and margin management process by providing analytics & reporting around pricing, Cost of Goods, and product/channel mix.
• Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system requirements.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and perform special projects as needed.
