Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to provide expert-level analytics, oversight of financials, and strategic planning across the MST business area.

The role involves leading OH and G&A planning, forecasting, and ensuring timely financial deliverables with cross‑functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong ERP and Excel proficiency, and experience with large programs in aerospace/defense settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related field; 10+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements.
• Lead development and implementation of overhead and G&A planning.
• Support strategic financial management planning and forecasting.
• Prepare and present high-level financial reports and analysis.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for strategic initiatives.
