Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Technology & Analytics to support the StrataJazz FP&A platform and to develop, maintain, and analyze financial reports and dashboards for Finance and operational leadership.

You will serve as a bridge between Finance, data teams, and technology partners, translating business requirements into actionable analytics, driving efficiency with automation and AI tools, and ensuring data quality and timely decision support for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, business, information systems, data analytics, healthcare administration or related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics or related field.
2+ years of experience in healthcare required.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools used by Finance and operational leadership.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and areas for investigation.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management reports to support decision-making.
Translate business and financial requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
Drive efficiency through automation and use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
