Mass General Brigham in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Technology & Analytics to support and optimize the StrataJazz FP&A platform and to develop, maintain, and analyze financial reports and dashboards. You will bridge Finance with operational leaders, data teams, and technology partners to deliver accurate, timely financial information for decision-making.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools used by Finance and operational leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational data across MGB to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and areas requiring further investigation.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management reports to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Translate business and financial requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. Develop dashboards that clearly communicate key financial and operational metrics to leadership.
• Work with Finance and operational stakeholders to understand reporting needs and continuously improve existing reporting products.
• Drive efficiency through implementation and use of AI tools and capabilities (such as Microsoft Copilot).
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and reliable.
• Present findings and analytical results in a clear and concise manner to both financial and non‑financial audiences.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
