Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Analyst for Finance Technology & Analytics to optimize the StrataJazz FP&A platform and deliver timely financial reporting. You will bridge Finance, operations, data teams, and technology partners to provide accurate insights for decision making.

The role emphasizes development of financial reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions, with strong focus on data integrity, automation, and process improvement. Remote work is supported during EST hours.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 3+ years in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics or related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for Finance and leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and areas for deeper investigation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes; translate requirements into reports and dashboards.
• Serve as Finance SME for StrataJazz FP&A platform and coordinate with stakeholders to improve functionality.
• Provide training and guidance on system features and reporting capabilities.
