Qualifications

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for Finance and leadership.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, opportunities, and support reporting cycles.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and management reports for strategic decisions.
• Translate requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders to improve reporting products and data quality.
• Drive efficiency with AI tools and automation to reduce manual steps.
• Validate data and ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Present findings clearly to financial and non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FP&A subject matter expert for StrataJazz platform and related reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Decision Support, Digital, and operations to improve system functionality.
• Support development of new financial methodologies and reporting structures.
• Manage day-to-day system support, requests, and issue resolution.
• Maintain configurations, hierarchies, and data mappings within the platform.
• Monitor data integrity between StrataJazz and source systems.
• Coordinate updates, testing, and new functionality releases.
• Develop and maintain documentation and controls for the platform.
• Provide training on system functionality and reporting capabilities.
• Build strong relationships across departments for data-driven decisions.
