Job summary

Dscout is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst in Austin, TX with remote options. You will report to the CFO and collaborate across departments to forecast financial results, evaluate margins, and map growth plans for the company.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate FP&A, SaaS experience, and strong modeling, KPI reporting, and communication skills. Competitive compensation with bonus and equity, plus comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 4+ years' experience in corporate FP&A, preferably SaaS.
• Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
• Experience creating dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Assess financial health using SaaS metrics and margins.
• Analyze gross and net margins by product line.
• Evaluate department cost-efficiency and consolidate budgets.
• Prepare budgets with department heads and produce monthly/quarterly reports.
• Perform variance analyses and support growth planning and ROI analyses.
• Build reporting packages for senior management and the Board of Directors.
