Job summary

Bitso is seeking a seasoned Corporate FP&A professional to join our remote-first team. You will consolidate financials, perform analysis across business lines and regions, and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic planning. You will build scalable processes, improve reporting, and leverage automation and AI to accelerate decision making.

You will report to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A and collaborate closely with the Data and People teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role (FP&A experience required).
• Public company experience is an asset.
• Strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with Excel/Sheets and Slides/PowerPoint.
• Hands-on data analysis and financial modeling experience.
• Interest in automation and leveraging AI in finance.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and proactively.
• Ability to build scalable processes and procedures for high growth.
• Strong storytelling with numbers to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with key cross-functional partners at the highest levels.
• Consolidate month/quarter/year-end reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support development and maintenance of forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Contribute to consolidated financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual expense forecasts.
• Work with People team to track payroll expenses and related metrics.
• Articulate big-picture financial stories and key drivers to leadership.
• Assist the financial reporting team during month-end close.
• Prepare materials for external Board deliverables.
• Identify improvements in processes, reports, and models leveraging data and automation.
• Collaborate with Data to validate metrics and dashboards.
