Job summary

Our partner company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst (Clinical Solutions) based in Mexico for a fully remote role. You will support project budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition within a clinical research setting, serving as a financial partner to project teams.

You will collaborate with executives on financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements, ensuring timely month-end close and accurate financial information across the project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with Earned Value Analysis and contract review.
• Knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to project teams across the lifecycle.
• Prepare monthly invoicing worksheets for client invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Conduct variance analyses between forecasted and actual results.
• Review budgets, work orders, and change orders for financial impact.
• Perform monthly Earned Value Analysis with project leadership.
• Support general ledger activities and monthly closings.
• Respond to CFO and executives with ad hoc analyses.
