Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in finance or accounting with at least 3 years in a lead financial planning role.
• Strong proficiency in financial report writing with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance and communicate to Operations and Senior Management.
• Own the annual budget process.
• Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards for Operations support.
