Job summary

Lumexa Imaging is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Charlotte. This role blends traditional FP&A with specialized knowledge of physician compensation, supporting strategic decisions and operational execution.

Responsibilities include monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ad-hoc analysis, and acting as backup SME for physician compensation, with payroll calculations and related entries for about 150 physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with compensation modeling.
• Experience with large datasets, financial systems, and reporting tools.
• Strong modeling and analytical capabilities; detail-oriented.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and interpret complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial results and operational metrics.
• Perform variance and trend analysis; explain drivers of changes.
• Develop and maintain financial models linking operational and financial performance.
• Partner with Operations, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, HR to drive insights.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for leadership.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and physician compensation planning.
• Serve as backup SME for physician compensation, payroll calculations and related entries.
