Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Financial Specialist, Personal Lines Insurance FP&A for a remote role nationwide within the United States, with Hawaii and Alaska excluded. The position collaborates with senior leaders to build complex models that drive budgets, pricing assumptions, and strategic financial decisions.

The candidate will provide advanced analytics, reports for senior management, and leadership to cross-functional teams, shaping business planning and financial outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience including 5+ years in FP&A / Treasury.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and solutions.
• Strong mathematics, organizational and business writing skills.
• Project management to handle detailed data assignments and cross-functional concepts.
• Advanced interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and train others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leaders to understand operations, objectives, and strategies.
• Develops complex models to improve operations and financial decisions.
• Participates in preparing operating budgets and pricing assumptions.
• Provides recommendations to senior management and creates presentations.
• Interprets financial reports and alerts leadership to significant trends.
