Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking a Financial Specialist for Personal Lines Insurance FP&A. This remote role collaborates with senior leaders to build complex models that drive operational and financial decisions.

The position requires advanced analytical skills, strong mathematical ability, and experience with financial modeling and budgeting. Remote work is available nationwide with certain state exclusions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience including 5+ years FP&A/Treasury.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Strong mathematics, organizational, and business writing skills required.
• Project management skills to complete detailed data assignments and interpret concepts.
• Experience with operational/product/financial measures and models, business planning and cost/benefit analysis.
• Advanced interpersonal communication and inter-departmental relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and provide training and guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Create complex models to understand operations, objectives, and strategies to improve financial decisions.
• Provide complex financial and operational analysis to senior management and internal clients.
• Prepare the operating budgets and pricing assumptions, addressing errors and adjusting as needed.
• Develop recommendations and presentations for senior and executive leadership.
• Interpret financial reports for senior management and develop viable solutions.
