Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Financial Specialist for Personal Lines FP&A, with a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will collaborate with senior leaders to build complex financial models, support operating budgets, and guide strategic financial decisions within Personal Lines.

You will analyze reports for senior management, develop presentations, and lead cross-functional initiatives, while mentoring others and aligning finance with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience, 5+ years FP&A/Treasury.
• Strong analytical, mathematics, organization and business writing skills.
• Project management skills for detailed data tasks and cross-functional work.
• Experience with operational/product/financial measures, modeling, cost/benefit analysis.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex models to improve operations and financial decisions.
• Provides complex financial and operational analysis to senior management.
• Prepares operating budgets components (pricing assumptions, third-party agreements, etc.).
• Develops presentations and communicates insights to executives.
• Interprets financial reports and alerts management to trends.
