Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is actively hiring a Financial Specialist, Personal Lines Insurance FP&A for remote work across the United States. You will collaborate with senior leaders to build complex models to improve operations and financial decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years FP&A/ Treasury experience, advanced analytics, and strong communication. You will participate in budgets and present recommendations to senior management; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of related professional experience including 4+ years of experience supporting FP&A / Treasury functions required.
• Advanced analytical skills to effectively identify problems and develop solutions.
• Strong mathematics, organizational, and business writing skills required.
• Project management skills to accurately complete detailed data assignments and interpret concepts.
• Experience with operational/product/financial measures and models, business planning, cost/benefit analysis, and senior level analysis.
• Advanced interpersonal communication and inter-departmental relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and provide training and guidance to others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with senior leaders and internal partners within Finance to understand operations and strategies, and develops complex models to improve operations and financial decisions.
• Participates in preparing the complex components of operating budgets.
• Provides analyses and reports to senior management to drive results and behaviors.
• Develops presentations for senior management and discusses recommendations and actions.
• Assists in resolving issues and identifying process improvements, including 3rd party agreements and pricing assumptions.
