Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Financial Analyst Specialist to join its FP&A team in Cincinnati, OH, offering a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days/week). You will lead forecasting, analysis, and business partnering with a global team to drive planning, reporting, and financial control.

You will develop forecasting models, own end-to-end processes, and generate insights to guide leadership decisions. A strong Excel skill set, 7+ years in payments analytics, and GAAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management in the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting models and establish end-to-end forecasting processes.
• Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actuals to forecast and adjust as needed.
• Prepare regular financial reports and support KPIs & OKRs for leadership.
• Leverage analytics to enhance performance reporting and insights.
