Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst Specialist to join our FP&A team and help us unleash the potential of every business. You’ll own forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering across the organization.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years of experience, a BA/BS in Finance or related field, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy in budgets and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and data management within the payments industry.
• Revenue accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting models to predict financial performance.
• Own forecasting process end-to-end.
• Establish governance structures.
• Forecast and prepare annual and monthly budgets for a division or similar group of organizations.
• Track revenue and expenses monthly, comparing actual to forecasted figures, and make necessary adjustments.
• Other related duties as needed.
