Job summary

Flying Horse Capital is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for a portfolio company in the Philadelphia metro area. You will own the budget and forecast, deliver a usable monthly leadership report, and provide clear insights to the CEO, CFO, and ownership.

This build-it role sits on-site three days a week with hybrid flexibility and direct CFO exposure. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable operating

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, audit, or a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel—builds clean, auditable, driver-based models.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how operating decisions flow through them.

Responsibilities

• Own the budget and rolling forecast with department leaders.
• Own the 13-week cash flow forecast and liquidity planning.
• Produce monthly leadership reporting with variance explanations for leadership and ownership.
