Amazon is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the North America Operations FCAP Finance Team and lead FP&A for Capacity/Initiatives investments. You will build bottoms-up rolling 3-year financial models and own planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.

The role requires exceptional communication and analytical skills, deep-diving variances, and driving cost-out opportunities with automation across planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical experience.
• MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
• Deep-diving variances vs. plan and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional projects with finance and tech teams.
• Develop strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics; own ideation to expansion.
• Link operations metrics to identify cost-out opportunities and remediates gaps.
• Drive automation and process improvements across planning, forecasting and goal management.
