Qualifications

• Leading the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
• Deep-diving variances vs. plan to understand changes and uncover opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Leading cross-functional projects involving finance and tech teams.
• Form strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics; ownership from ideation to expansion.
• Leverage Operations metrics to identify cost-out opportunities by linking up operations and financials.
• Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps.
• Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting and goal management processes.
