Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• MBA or CPA.
• Proven experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, Cognos, Redshift) and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
• Analyze variances vs. plan to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional projects with finance, engineering and tech teams.
• Develop strategic plans to improve processes, tools, and analytics.
• Link operations metrics to financial outcomes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify risks, evaluate impact and propose remediation actions.
• Drive automation and process improvements across forecasting and goal management.
