Amazon Delivery FP&A is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own headcount and OpEx planning across 20+ cost centers and lead IMR benchmarking. You will partner with cross-functional teams, build scalable financial models, and present narratives to senior leadership to influence cost decisions at scale.

The role emphasizes ownership of planning cycles (OP1/OP2/QXG), monthly close, and financial reviews, with a focus on driving efficiency and real-time visibility into HC and OpEx performance.

Formación

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own headcount and operating expense planning across 20+ cost centers.
• Drive quarterly guidance adjustments and scenario modeling across cost centers.
• Build and maintain monthly target allocation models and distribute to partners.
• Lead monthly close analysis, variance reporting, and MEC bridge analysis.
• Create and deliver Monthly Financial Reviews and Quarterly Financial Reviews.
