Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within a fast-paced Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track KPIs across global markets.

You will build models, publish dashboards, and support automation while communicating insights to executives. This role requires 6+ years of finance experience and advanced Excel/NetSuite skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving to support forecasting needs.
• Navigate matrix environments and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and variances; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuation and forecast deviations.
• Support design and development of financial models and metrics for performance measurement.
• Assess deviations from targets and provide insights to business and finance leaders.
• Develop materials for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Create communications that facilitate decision-making for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
