Job summary

The Intersect Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Manager, Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for mortgage servicing operations in a hybrid work environment.

This role partners with senior leaders to evaluate performance, build robust financial models, and deliver insights that drive growth and profitability.

You will own annual plans, monthly performance reviews, and ad hoc analyses, while driving data accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 6+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related finance function.
• 2+ years direct Mortgage Servicing finance experience required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases preferred.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Analyze monthly performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances.
• Lead monthly business reviews and executive presentations.
• Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and capacity modeling.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, accounting, and stakeholders.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
