Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) is seeking a Senior Analyst - FP&A to provide hands-on, operational financial analysis across Carlin, Cortez, Turquoise Ridge, and processing assets. This role partners with the FP&A team to drive budgets, forecasts, LOM inputs, and monthly performance reporting.

The role demands 3–6+ years in FP&A with mining exposure, strong Excel, and the ability to link financial outputs to production drivers. SAP/ERP, OneStream, and BI experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Mining Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• Progress toward, or attainment of, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or another relevant professional designation preferred.
• 3–6+ years of progressive FP&A, site finance, cost accounting, or related experience.
• Mining, metals, or heavy industrials exposure preferred, with KPI experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with ERP/B I familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and quality-check site inputs into annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks across Carlin, Cortez, Turquoise Ridge, and processing assets.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting including actual vs budget, forecast, and prior period analysis.
• Develop cost models and driver-based analytics linked to mine plans and production drivers.
• Maintain KPI schedules and dashboards translating operational data into financial insight.
• Coordinate inputs across sites and support cross-functional FP&A with data integrity and reconciliations.
