Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Mining Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Progress toward, or interest in, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or another relevant professional designation preferred.
• 1-4+ years of experience in FP&A, site finance, cost accounting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate site and asset inputs into annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks for multiple assets.
• Maintain planning templates, schedules, and tracking logs aligned with FP&A standards.
• Link planning assumptions to mine plans, production schedules, unit costs, and corporate guidance.
• Prepare monthly performance reporting with actuals versus budget and forecast across sites.
• Maintain cost models, dashboards, and KPI analyses to support decision making.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Mining Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
