Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) seeks a hands-on Capital Analyst to support the capital portfolio across budgeting, forecasting, and project controls. You will reconcile data across SAP/ERP, OneStream, and planning tools, delivering clear analyses and schedules for governance reviews.

Embedded with project teams and operations, you will translate capital activity into actionable insights, maintain data integrity, and support post-implementation evaluation and continuous improvement across the North

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Project Management, Mining Engineering.
• 2–5+ years in FP&A, project controls, capital accounting, mining finance, or capital portfolio reporting.
• Experience in mining/industrial capital environments; exposure to sustaining and growth capital is a plus.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with ERP, planning, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project codes, budgets, forecasts, commitments, and actuals across SAP / ERP and BI tools.
• Prepare recurring NGM capital reports, variance commentary, and KPI dashboards for site and portfolio levels.
• Support governance, approvals, and capital allocation processes; ensure data integrity and auditable trails.
• Partner with project teams, site finance, supply chain, and operations to gather inputs and ensure accurate reporting.
