Job summary

Towne Park LLC seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to advance the company’s financial planning, reporting and analysis, driving growth and improved operating performance. You will partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams on revenue and cost analytics, financial reporting, data analysis, sales analytics, M&A and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting or transaction advisory.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to present complex ideas concisely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience evaluating acquisition opportunities and leading cross‑business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and statistical models by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Monitor base business performance; analyze revenue and expenses and recommend improvements.
• Develop annual operating budget and pro forma valuation models; support deal structures.
• Coordinate with management to analyze investments, cost cuts, and growth opportunities.
• Support integration planning and execution for acquisitions and other initiatives.
• Lead special projects and provide actionable insights to leadership.
