Job summary

Noveon Magnetics is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in San Marcos, TX to support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and financial reporting for our manufacturing operations. You will build internal statements, develop production data analytics and KPI dashboards, and translate shop-floor activity into actionable insights that inform pricing, margins, and capacity decisions.

Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, and Sales to drive financial performance in a fast-growing U.S.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive finance and analytics experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Ability to build cost and pricing models from data.
• Strong communication and ability to tell a story with numbers.
• Experience with large data sets and building dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
• Build, maintain, and improve internal financial statements, month-end packages, and management commentary.
• Design, build, and maintain production data analytics and KPI reporting connecting shop-floor performance to financial outcomes.
• Develop pricing analytics supporting quoting, profitability, cost-to-serve, and price/volume/mix impact.
• Automate recurring reporting and strengthen data pipelines between ERP, production systems, and financial models.
• Present findings and recommendations to finance and operations leadership in a clear, decision-ready format.
