Job summary

Newmar Corporation, part of Winnebago Industries, seeks an Accounting Manager to join our FP&A team in Nappanee, IN. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and analyses that link demand, production, and costs to profits.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales to guide strategic decisions and profitability for the business. You will lead analysis projects, present findings to senior leadership, and support monthly close with accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial planning and analysis or related finance experience, preferably at a manufacturer.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models required.
• Experience with ERP, financial reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI; Infor XA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A function by turning data into insight for leadership decisions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and analyses of demand, production, mix and costs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Sales to drive profitable growth.
• Lead projects from framing questions to presenting recommendations to CFO and leaders.
• Tie forecasts to actual results and assist month-end closes with data integrity.
