Newmar Corporation, a leading luxury motor coach manufacturer based in Nappanee, IN, seeks a strategic Chief Finance Officer/Finance Leader to guide the company’s financial direction. You will partner with the President and leadership team to align market demand, production, and investments with public-company standards.

In this role you will build a high-performing Finance team, oversee budgeting, forecasting, controls, and reporting, and drive AI and process improvements across finance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA and/or MBA/MA required.
• 12+ years of finance experience with increasing responsibility, including 5+ years in senior leadership at a complex manufacturer.
• Experience in RV, automotive, marine or other highly configured products preferred.
• Strong skills with ERP and financial reporting systems; Infor XA experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Advise the President and leadership on strategy, yearly and long-term plans, pricing, capacity, investments and risks.
• Own the budget, rolling forecasts, long-term plan and monthly business reviews; explain changes in volume and costs.
• Lead profitability analysis by model and product line and make pricing and incentive recommendations.
• Build and coach a Finance team; maintain internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Improve cash flow and manage working capital, receivables, payables, and capital spending.
