Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Four+ years in financial planning & analysis or manufacturing finance.
• Strong ability to organize, validate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and margins.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data modeling.
• Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, budgets, forecasts.
• Experience communicating insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, analyze financial and operational data from ERP and reports.
• Own recurring reporting from data collection to analysis.
• Perform monthly variance analyses vs budget, forecast, prior year.
• Identify variances and work with VP FP&A and ops teams.
• Prepare management packs, dashboards, and commentary.
• Develop budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain and enhance financial models for forecasting.
