Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel with modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems and extracting data from operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
• Ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and reforecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Analyze monthly results, variances, and drivers with clear explanations.
• Develop cost models for COGS and margin analysis.
• Conduct pricing analysis and model quotes, discounts, and volumes.
• Track manufacturing KPIs like unit cost, labor, inventory turns.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities with ROI analysis.
• Build business cases for capital expenditures (ROI/NPV).
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and dashboards.
• Improve financial models and automate processes.
