Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and partners.
• Support month-end close activities and variance analysis; maintain cost trackers and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other functions to drive informed decision-making.
