Edged Data Centers is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a strategic joint venture in its data center portfolio. The role requires a strong analytical foundation, experience with capital-intensive environments, and the ability to partner across Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Development.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and scenario analysis are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring reporting package for the JV partner with timeliness and accuracy.
• Prepare project- and facility-level P&L reporting, monthly variance analysis, and commentary for leadership.
• Coordinate delivery of compliance certificates, financial statements, and lender/investor deliverables with Accounting and Treasury.
• Track capital contributions, capital accounts, and incentive/promote calculations per the JV waterfall.
• Build driver-based forecasts, incorporating draws, phasing, and stabilization assumptions.
• Lead the annual business plan and project budget, aligning with Delivery, Operations, and asset management.
