You will drive FP&A efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, while partnering with business units to improve financial performance and controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in finance/accounting and 5+ years of related experience; CPA or progress toward certification is highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Broad knowledge of financial practices and business dynamics.
• Strong ability to extract, transform, and analyze data.
• CPA designation is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for accuracy and communicate results.
• Prepare complex financial reports for decision making and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts based on trends and data.
• Advise management on opportunities to improve results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting to support decisions.
• Monitor financial activity and maintain internal controls.
• Guide managers on budgets and reports.
