Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an FP&A professional to lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will partner with business leaders to develop P&L and cash flow projections and drive data-driven decisions across functions.

The role supports Hyperion planning activities and requires strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hybrid schedule with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 4+ years of finance experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Hyperion and SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare P&L and Cash Flow budgets and projections.
• Define and calculate KPIs to track performance vs projections.
• Conduct variance analysis of sales, spending, headcount and cash flows.
• Run trend and scenario analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes.
• Mentor Associate Analysts and promote FP&A knowledge.
