Bagel Brands, the parent company of Einstein Bros. Bagels and other brands, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and actionable insights.

The role partners with Operations and the Support Center to optimize labor investments, productivity, and staffing alignment with business goals. Based in our Denver office with a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office), the position offers a competitive salary and a 10% target bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, finance, analytics, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring labor and operating expense reporting packages and dashboards with visibility into labor performance, productivity, staffing trends, and KPIs.
• Analyze labor performance across store-level, market-level, and enterprise to provide actionable insights to Operations leadership.
• Investigate labor variances and identify root causes related to staffing levels, wage trends, overtime, and operational execution.
• Investigate operating expense variances and identify root causes related to execution and vendor management.
• Prepare monthly reporting and executive presentations that summarize labor performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and develop financial models/scenario analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to challenge and refine planning assumptions.
• Build relationships across Finance and the business to connect financial results to operational activity.
