Responsibilities

  • Own recurring labor and operating expense reporting packages and dashboards that provide visibility into labor performance, productivity, staffing trends, and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze store-level, market-level, and enterprise labor performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Operations leadership.
  • Investigate labor variances and identify root causes related to staffing levels, wage trends, overtime, and operational execution.
  • Investigate operating expense variances and identify root causes related to execution and vendor management.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and executive level presentations that summarize labor performance, key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Own assigned components of the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring assumptions and inputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business initiatives, performance outcomes, and potential investment decisions.
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional leaders to develop, challenge, and refine planning assumptions.
  • Analyze actual performance against forecasts and identify emerging trends that may impact future results.
  • Recommend adjustments to forecasts and assumptions based on business performance and evolving conditions.
  • Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement Serve as a strategic financial partner to Operations, providing financial insights that support field execution and operational decision-making.
  • Support field leaders in understanding labor trends, productivity metrics, and financial impacts of operational decisions.
  • Build effective relationships with business partners to understand operational drivers and connect financial results to underlying business activity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, dashboards, models, and analytical processes.
  • Support automation and process improvements that increase the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of FP&A activities.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, documentation, and financial integrity across analyses and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
