Responsibilities

• Own labor and operating expense reporting packages and dashboards.
• Analyze store-, market-, and enterprise-level labor performance.
• Investigate variances in staffing, wage trends, overtime, and vendor costs.
• Prepare monthly reporting and executive-level presentations.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting components and financial models.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to refine planning assumptions.
• Support field leadership with financial insights for operations.
