Potbelly Sandwich Works is looking for a highly analytical finance professional to drive business performance through insights. This role, which is 100% remote (with state restrictions), requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields.

You will support financial close processes, prepare operating plans, and analyze performance, while owning projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 - $105,000 plus bonuses and great benefits.

Competenze

• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics.
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Support monthly and quarterly close reporting processes.
• Assist with preparation of annual operating plans.
• Prepare weekly sales reporting for company and regional levels.
• Analyze P&L performance and investigate variances.
• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
