Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Services Finance team. You will support global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a $200M Services business, collaborating with Site Controllers and cross-functional partners to deliver actionable insights.

Key duties include building financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses, driving forecast accuracy, and improving planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Qlik, BO).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support development of financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Analyze results, trends, variances; provide recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate drivers and opportunities.
• Support monthly and quarterly reviews; translate results.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis.
