Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) in Malvern, PA seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for the Services Business Units Finance team to drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for a $200M global services business.

You will partner with site controllers, Commercial Finance, and cross-functional leaders to deliver insights, improve forecast accuracy, and support strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical work.
• Advanced Excel with forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Qlik, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, management reports, and analyses to support strategic planning.
• Analyze results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to understand drivers, risks, and opportunities, supporting revenue, expense and profitability goals.
• Support monthly/quarterly reviews, translating results for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility.
• Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and cost optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics processes.
