Job summary

Allworth Financial is hiring a VP Finance Business Partnering to drive organic growth analysis and financial performance. The role is hybrid and based in the Addison/Dallas, TX office, requiring in‑person presence 3–4 days a week.

You will develop financial models, reporting, and executive materials to support strategic decisions. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance within wealth management or financial services, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A / corporate finance / analytics experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and handling large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new client pipeline results, including key milestone volumes and conversion rates.
• Communicate insights on performance and recommend practical changes for improvement.
• Analyze the financial impact of changes in advisor compensation and new programs.
• Develop new and enhance existing reporting.
• Partner with Procurement to analyze the financial impact of vendor contracts.
• Partner with Facilities to track financial impacts of office remodels/relocations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results with variances and drivers for leadership.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support executive decision‑making.
• Create executive‑ready presentations and financial materials.
